A credit or debit card is required to be placed on file to book an appointment.

I require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If notice is given after 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service booked to the card on file.

If there is no notice given, and the appointment is missed, 100% of the service booked will be charged to the card on file.

If for any reason the card on file declines and the fee is left unpaid, you will be blocked from booking any future appointments until such remainder is settled.





I do offer a 15 minute grace period for being late. After 15 minutes if you have still not arrived, you will be treated as a no call, no show, and charged 100% of the service booked.
